By using this website, submitting a quote request, placing an order, approving a project, or purchasing a product or service from MHDesigns LLC, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
1. About MHDesigns LLC
MHDesigns LLC is a creative studio based in Madera, California, providing services that may include graphic design, branding, custom 3D printing and fabrication, signage, promotional products, personalized products, digital design services, business creative services, and related products.
Services and product availability may change from time to time.
2. Quotes and Estimates
Quotes and price estimates provided by MHDesigns LLC are based on the information available at the time the quote is prepared.
Pricing may change if:
- Project specifications change.
- Additional design or production work is requested.
- Material requirements change.
- Quantities change.
- Customer-supplied files require additional correction or preparation.
- Shipping, taxes, or third-party costs change.
- Additional revisions are requested beyond what was originally agreed upon.
A quote does not guarantee production availability until the project or order has been accepted by MHDesigns LLC and any required payment or deposit has been received.
Unless otherwise stated, quotes may have an expiration date shown on the quote or invoice.
3. Custom Orders and Project Approval
Many MHDesigns products and services are custom-made specifically for the customer.
Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving spelling, names, dates, colors, dimensions, artwork, layouts, quantities, and other project details before final production.
Once a custom project has entered production, changes may not be possible without additional charges.
Approval of a proof, design, rendering, mockup, quote, or production specification authorizes MHDesigns LLC to proceed based on the approved information.
MHDesigns LLC is not responsible for errors that were included in materials supplied or approved by the customer.
4. Payments and Deposits
Payment requirements may vary depending on the project.
Certain custom projects may require a deposit or full payment before design work, material ordering, or production begins.
Any required deposit or payment amount will be identified in the applicable quote, invoice, checkout page, or project agreement.
Remaining balances must be paid according to the payment terms shown on the applicable invoice or agreement.
MHDesigns LLC may pause design, production, delivery, or release of completed work while an outstanding balance remains unpaid.
5. Custom and Personalized Products
Because customized and personalized products are created specifically for an individual customer, they may not be eligible for cancellation, return, or refund once design work or production has begun.
This may include, but is not limited to:
- Custom 3D prints
- Personalized gifts
- Custom signage
- Custom graphics
- Logos and branding materials
- Promotional products
- Custom fabricated items
- Products containing customer-selected names, colors, images, wording, dimensions, or designs
This policy does not limit any rights or remedies available to customers under applicable law for merchandise that is defective, damaged, materially different from what was ordered, or otherwise subject to legally required remedies.
6. Standard Products, Returns and Refunds
Return eligibility for non-custom products may vary by product.
Any return, exchange, or refund terms provided on a product listing, checkout page, invoice, or written project agreement become part of the terms for that transaction.
Customers should contact MHDesigns LLC promptly if an order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or significantly different from the approved order.
Customers may be asked to provide photographs or other information needed to evaluate the issue.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to eliminate rights that cannot legally be waived under applicable consumer protection law.
7. Cancellations
Orders that have not entered design, purchasing, or production may be eligible for cancellation.
Once custom design, material purchasing, fabrication, printing, or production has begun, cancellation may be limited and charges may apply for work already completed, materials purchased, or other costs incurred.
Cancellation terms stated on a specific quote, invoice, order, or project agreement will control if they differ from this general policy.
8. Production Times
Production times are estimates unless MHDesigns LLC specifically agrees in writing to a guaranteed completion date.
Custom production may be affected by factors including:
- Project complexity
- Customer approval delays
- Material availability
- Equipment maintenance or failure
- Required revisions
- Order volume
- Shipping or carrier delays
- Events outside the reasonable control of MHDesigns LLC
If an online merchandise order cannot be shipped within the promised timeframe, MHDesigns LLC will address the delay in accordance with applicable law.
9. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping dates and estimated delivery dates are not the same.
Once an order has been transferred to a shipping carrier, delivery timing may be affected by the carrier and circumstances outside the direct control of MHDesigns LLC.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
Additional shipping charges resulting from an incorrect address, refused package, or reshipment may be the responsibility of the customer where permitted by law.
Risk relating to lost, stolen, damaged, or misdelivered shipments will be handled according to applicable law and the policies of the shipping carrier involved.
10. Local Pickup
Local pickup may be offered for certain orders.
Customers should wait until they have received confirmation that their order is complete before attempting pickup.
Orders not collected within a reasonable period may require additional arrangements.
11. 3D Printing and Fabrication
3D-printed and fabricated products may contain normal characteristics associated with additive manufacturing, including visible layer lines, small surface variations, seams, texture differences, or minor color variations.
These characteristics do not automatically indicate that a product is defective.
Dimensions and colors may vary slightly because of materials, manufacturing tolerances, lighting, monitor settings, and production methods.
Unless specifically identified in writing by MHDesigns LLC for a particular application, custom 3D-printed products are not represented as certified for medical, life-safety, structural, food-contact, or other safety-critical applications.
Customers are responsible for determining whether a product is appropriate for their intended use.
12. Customer-Supplied Files and Artwork
Customers may submit images, logos, photographs, STL files, 3MF files, OBJ files, graphics, text, or other content for use in a project.
By submitting content to MHDesigns LLC, the customer represents that they own the content or have the necessary authorization, license, or permission to use it for the requested project.
The customer is responsible for claims resulting from content they supply without proper authorization.
MHDesigns LLC may decline projects involving content that appears unlawful, infringing, unsafe, fraudulent, or otherwise inappropriate for production.
13. Intellectual Property
MHDesigns LLC retains ownership of its pre-existing business materials, processes, templates, systems, production methods, website content, branding, and intellectual property.
Ownership or licensing of custom design work created for a customer may depend on the terms of the individual quote, invoice, project agreement, or written agreement.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, preliminary concepts, unused concepts, working files, production methods, templates, and internal source materials are not automatically transferred to the customer.
Final deliverables that have been specifically purchased by a customer may be used according to the rights provided as part of that project.
14. Portfolio and Promotional Use
Unless confidentiality has been agreed to in advance, MHDesigns LLC may photograph or display completed work for portfolio, website, social media, educational, or promotional purposes.
Private customer information will not intentionally be displayed as part of portfolio use.
Customers who require confidentiality should discuss those requirements with MHDesigns LLC before production begins.
15. Digital Files
Where a purchase includes digital files, customers are responsible for downloading, storing, and backing up those files after delivery.
Digital files may be subject to specific licensing or usage restrictions provided with the product or project.
Customers may not resell, redistribute, reproduce for resale, or claim ownership of digital products unless those rights have specifically been granted in writing.
16. Website Information and Pricing
MHDesigns LLC makes reasonable efforts to keep website information accurate.
However, typographical errors, outdated information, pricing errors, technical errors, or incorrect product information may occasionally occur.
If a material pricing or listing error affects an order, MHDesigns LLC may contact the customer to resolve the issue before proceeding, subject to applicable law.
Prices may change without advance notice for future orders.
Applicable taxes, shipping charges, and other permitted charges may be added during checkout or invoicing.
17. Website Availability
MHDesigns LLC does not guarantee that the website will operate without interruption.
The website may occasionally become unavailable because of maintenance, hosting interruptions, software updates, technical problems, security measures, or circumstances outside our control.
18. Third-Party Services and Links

20. Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for providing accurate information and reviewing project specifications before approval.
Customers are also responsible for using products appropriately and following any instructions or limitations provided with the product.
Products should not be modified or used in a manner that creates an unreasonable safety risk.
21. Privacy
Use of personal information submitted through this website is also governed by the MHDesigns LLC Privacy Policy.

22. Changes to These Terms
